Printing Xpert Online Designing/Printing Procedure
1. Designing Requirements
Before we start developing your custom Stationery Design, please send us your complete online design requirement which will help us to understand your demand.
2. Designing aspect with advance payment
When we will receive the complete design information from you, along with an advance of 50% then we will need all the other necessary material you should also send us back.
- Images, logos, text or content (you can provide your own text or you may get our professional content/text writing services and incase you choose us to writing content/text, we would like you to provide us with following information)
- Complete Business Profile/product info etc.
3. Designed Artwork
Our designing department uses Photoshop, Corel Draw, and Adobe Illustrator to make creative designs. After completion of online designing process, we will upload your artwork with FTP through our reliable service provider. Before approving the artwork, customer should check the artwork properly and completely and if they need any kind of changes they should inform our online designing department by return message to make necessary changes accordingly.
4. Printing Process
Once customer approves/confirms the final artwork files the printing process will begin. Customer will be responsible for any layout, copy, typing mistake, misspell, text mistake, spacing, punctuation or image placement error. Printing xpert is not responsible for any error. Confirmation from the customer approves that customer is fully responsible for all that is contained in the final approved proof.
5. Bleed
Bleed is the standard necessity for all kind of printing jobs. We will make the artwork with 3mm bleed, (3mm longer and wider from the finishing size).
6. Sizes & Folding
We design the product according to your sizes and folding demand, and our online designed artwork will precisely demonstrate the correct size/fold of your requirement.
